Sofia began her career on the New York stage playing Juliet in Romeo & Juliet at Powerhouse. She joined the cast of They/Them, directed by Oscar nominated John Logan, who later became an Executive Producer on Femina Film's own fantasy thriller American Girl.

Other acting credits include Simon (Best Picture nomination at the 38th Goya Awards) and FBI (CBS).

She was most recently cast in SpeakLess, a new feature written and directed by Kelley Kali (SXSW Special Jury Prize winner).
